  • The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM.

    For guests booked through our room blocks (either the Courtyard by Marriott in Lebanon or the Hyatt House in Branchburg) a complimentary shuttle will depart from both hotels at 4:30 PM

  • Yes, there is free parking for guests at the venue. If the venue’s lot is full, we also have use of the lot across the street

  • For guests staying at either the Courtyard by Marriott in Lebanon or the Hyatt House in Branchburg, a complimentary shuttle will depart from both hotels at 4:30 PM and return from the venue at 11:00 PM.

    Heading to the after-party? Guests who would like to continue to the after-party at the Marriott can ride the Marriott shuttle from the venue. Guests staying at the Hyatt House will need to arrange their own transportation back to the Hyatt after the after-party.

    For guests who are not staying at either hotel, parking will be available at the venue.

    While Uber and Lyft may be available in the area, Long Valley is a small town, and rides can be limited or unreliable late at night. If you do not plan to drive or take the shuttle, we recommend arranging transportation in advance with a local car service, such as Cornerstone Taxi.

  • If your guest's name or "+ guest" is listed on your invite, then yes! Otherwise, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

  • If your child's name is listed when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

  • We suggest cocktail attire for the reception. The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, with a one- to two-minute walk along an outdoor trail. The reception will take place indoors and outdoors, so keep appropriate footwear in mind.

    Casual attire is welcome on Friday night and Sunday morning.

  • Courtyard by Marriott, Lebanon — Our original room block is now full, but if you’ve already booked here, you’re all set! The Marriott is also where our Saturday night after-party will be held, and Friday welcome drinks will take place across the street.

    Hyatt House Branchburg — Our additional room block for guests who still need a place to stay. A complimentary shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding venue on Saturday.

    Guests staying at either hotel will have access to the Saturday shuttle service between the hotel and venue.

  • Friday (Welcome Drinks): We'll have light snacks and a prepaid bar tab that should cover one or two drinks per guest. Once the tab is used, additional drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. If you're planning on a full dinner, we recommend eating beforehand.

    Saturday (Wedding Ceremony): Hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, a buffet dinner, dessert, and an open bar will all be provided.

    Sunday (Coffee Meetup): Scout's Coffee Bar offers coffee, pastries, and light breakfast items available for purchase.
